Hey Game Changer!

It’s time to push the envelope, raise your standards and take your business to new heights.

Your secret weapon?

A Personal Code.

And if you haven’t already created one for yourself, then it’s high time you did.

Relentless Education co-founder Andy Anderson uses his Personal Code every day to remind him who he needs to be in his journey of entrepreneurship, business building, character building and life building.

It’s not just a business document - it’s a blueprint for how you are going to live your life.

And we’re going to take you through the steps to create one of your own.

One that aligns with your vision of the business you want to build, and guides you on how you will step up so you are living a life of purpose, passion and, of course, profit.

This process will open up your mind slowly, to think about who you need to be, and how you want to state and verbalise certain phrases that will encapsulate the code of how you are going to live your life.

These are standards you will have as a human, an entrepreneur, and a professional level individual, who knows how you need to behave.

We challenge you to embrace the process of defining your mission every day, because it can be so easy to get distracted and forget how you need to be, or maybe your day becomes chaotic and sweeps you off your feet.

Step 1 - Unveil your entrepreneurial identity and discover your true self

This is where you start thinking about the standard you want to play at.

Take into account the activities or interests that make you lose track of time, your strengths, the challenges or weaknesses you’ve overcome and your top three core values.

Step 2 - Define your mission and vision

What is the big picture goal you want to achieve in your life? Think about what your business is for and the goals you are trying to achieve.

Remember, your business is a vehicle to a greater goal. A vehicle to change people’s lives, create wealth, to give you freedom, and the list goes on.

Step 3 - Set your entrepreneurial purpose

When you can connect the dots between why you do what you do and your vision, then you will have motivation and pristine clarity on how and why you need to move forward in the direction of this path, every single day.

Step 4 - Cultivate your entrepreneurial mindset, embracing growth and resilience.

As you convert or graduate from amateur to professional level, you must cultivate your entrepreneurial mindset.

This is a critical step in creating a code that lives up to that standard.

Step 5 - Master the art of decision making

The quality of your decisions come from the quality of your thinking and the quality of the questions you ask.

We challenge you to start thinking differently, and create a new mindset, a new lens, a new way of thinking when you are making decisions.

Step 6 - Build Unshakeable Confidence

So much of your confidence is determined by keeping promises to yourself and the actions you do consistently.

When you do these actions consistently you are showing yourself through behaviour and actions that you do take action and you do move yourself forward from within.

Step 7 - Overcome fear and doubt

Overcoming fear and self doubt is the #1 job of an entrepreneur.

Highlight what you need to work on and overcome. Usually the thing you’re afraid to do is the thing you need to do.

Step 8 - Build confidence through action

Your confidence isn’t coming on its own.

Take the action to earn the confidence to progress to the next level.

Remember, it’s important to microdose and progressive overload fear in order to build confidence.

You only need to do micro chunks at a time.

CREATING YOUR CODE

In order to create your code, there are questions to ask yourself (we also list some examples) to open your mind and get in the right headspace.

If you knew you couldn't fail at this business who would you be, how would you impact the world and what would you build?

What 12-15 core words would describe ‘this level of you’ and what confidence-building strategies resonate with you?

The code will state the characteristics you are going to live up to every day, your standards of living, thinking and being.

It’s there to help you cultivate a high level, a professional level, and an extraordinary standard.

You will then write your code in a frame of ‘I am’ and in a way that resonates with you.

It needs to motivate you in the hard times and elevate you in the challenging times.

It’s how you step up and achieve great things.

Some examples of what your code could look like:

Relentless Determination: "I am relentless in my pursuit of success. I embrace obstacles as opportunities to grow, and setbacks as stepping stones to achievement. I will persist, adapt, and overcome, no matter the circumstances."

Continuous Learning: "I am committed to lifelong learning. I will seek knowledge and wisdom from every source, constantly improving myself. Each day presents an opportunity to enhance my skills and expand my horizons."

It’s important to remember that because everyone is different and unique, and we’re all inspired and motivated to be something a little bit different, we cannot give you your code.

It's up to you to create your own.

Now, once your code is written, the next crucial step is to LIVE your Personal Code.

Print it out and have it close so you can read it in the morning, and also when you’re starting to feel self doubt, or starting to forget why you’re here and what you’re doing.

Your code is a pillar of strength for your motivation and inspiration for you, a reminder of the absolute relentless mentality and character you need to take action on every single day.

Leverage it to be inspired, motivated and to gain clarity, elevate your character and your actions.

You cannot lose by creating the ultimate Personal Code for yourself.

Live it and integrate it into your daily life and you will reap the rewards.
