Do I need to know how to code?
No. Zero coding is required. Everything is built around Claude Projects, Skills, and pre-built workflows. If you can write an email, you can run your business inside AI Leverage Lab.
I'm not "techy." Will I keep up?
The program is built for operators, not engineers. The Claude Mastery module takes most members from zero to running a real command center in 7 days. You have weekly Q&As and a full community backing you up.
I already pay for ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini. Do I need all three?
Most members use 1–2 platforms to start. We teach you exactly when to reach for which tool — and how to stop paying for tools you don't actually need.
How much time will this take per week?
Plan for 2–3 hours in week one to set up your command center. After that, most members spend 30–60 minutes per week installing new Skills and attending the live Q&A. The whole point is to give you time back, not take more.
What happens when the price goes up?
If you join at $57/mo, you stay at $57/mo — forever — as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay whatever the current tier is.
Is there a refund policy?

How do I get 1-on-1 access?
Members who choose the annual plan get a 1-on-1 onboarding call with Andy or Chris included. Monthly members can book private 1-on-1 time anytime at $500/hr. Either way, you're never stuck — the weekly Q&As and community give you direct access to us.
Do I need to pay for Claude or ChatGPT subscriptions?
Yes, for serious use you'll want at least one paid AI subscription. Free tiers of Claude and ChatGPT are fine for poking around, but the advanced work we teach in the Lab (building custom GPTs, using Claude Projects and Skills, longer context windows) needs Claude Pro and/or ChatGPT Plus — both around $20/month. Most members start with just one and add the other only when they actually need it. Gemini's free tier is built into Google Workspace, so you've likely already got that one covered. Inside the Lab, we'll show you exactly when each subscription is worth upgrading to, so you're never paying for tools you don't actually need.
